New UConn Loan Professor

Ashley Benner has joined the Office of Student Financial Aid Services at the University of Connecticut in Storrs. She is working in the Loan unit and her new email address is ashley.benner@uconn.edu. Congratulations Ashley!

 

Kimber Decker Joins Iron Bridge Resources

Iron Bridge Resources is pleased to welcome Kimber Decker to its financial aid consulting team!

Well-known throughout the higher education community, Kimber is a welcome addition to Iron Bridge Resources. With more than 25 years of industry experience, including 15 years at Nelnet and six years in financial aid, Kimber is ready to lend a hand when you need it most.

 

New Director at UHa

Victoria “Vikki” Hampton began as the new Director of Student Financial Assistance at the University of Hartford on September 15th. Her new email address is vhampton@hartford.edu. She also completed an exciting study abroad trip to South Africa this summer – part of her MBA studies. Vikki was previously employed at UConn as an Associate Director in the Office of Student Financial Aid Services, where she worked for nine years.

 

Welcome Back Dan Dreeves

Dan Dreves recently joined Financial Aid TV as the Director of School Partnerships. He is excited to be a CAPFAA member again and reconnecting with Connecticut colleagues.

 

Dan has over 30 years of experience working in higher education, including Director of Financial Aid, Director of Housing, and Associate Director of Fiscal Management. In addition, Dan has served as Director of New England Client Services for EdFund and Regional Director for Nelnet. Dan is committed to providing exceptional customer service. ECSU’s New Assistant to the Director

Jennifer Horner, Director of Financial Aid at Eastern CT State University is pleased to announce that Gloria Rivera has been hired as the new Assistant to the Director. Gloria was previously employed as a Financial Aid Counselor at Goodwin College.
